Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee internal and client-facing projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience managing software development projects, particularly those involving agile or hybrid delivery methods. They will also have a good understanding of Microsoft-based technology stacks (e.g., Power BI, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring clarity, accountability, and measurable progress at every stage.
  • Leading the delivery of internal product development initiatives, working closely with stakeholders, analysts, and developers.
  • Overseeing projects involving data pipelines, dashboard/reporting solutions, and IT infrastructure.
  • Coordinating across multiple workstreams to manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and resources.

Essential skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of project management experience, with proven success in delivering technical and/or product-focused projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of Prince2 (certification preferred but not essential).
  • Experience managing software development projects, particularly those involving agile or hybrid delivery methods.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft-based technology stacks (e.g., Power BI, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure).
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
  • Commercial awareness – able to align project delivery with business priorities and value.
