The role of Global Project Manager is a key position that oversees complex business and technical projects across multiple stakeholder groups.
This position requires the ability to lead and deliver projects with a focus on strategic enablement and operational excellence, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage projects through all phases—from initiation to implementation—ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, strategy, and success metrics.
- Drive process innovation and automation, identifying opportunities to streamline delivery and enhance user experience.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Provide clear, consistent communication to project teams, sponsors, and leadership.
- Champion cross-functional collaboration, establishing shared goals and accountability across teams.
- Track and report on project performance, including financials, resource utilization, and outcomes.
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Act as a change agent, helping teams navigate ambiguity and adopt new ways of working.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in HR technology or employee experience domains.
- PMP or equivalent certification is an asset.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with process improvement, automation, and digital tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Workday).
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects in matrixed environments.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect project outcomes to enterprise strategy.
- Skilled in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience working with AI, data platforms, or emerging technologies is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to navigate complexity and drive clarity.
- Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and visual—with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and leading through change.
- Global mindset and flexibility to support distributed teams across time zones.
