As a Senior Engineer, you will lead teams to deliver landmark developments that define skylines.

About the Role:

The Senior Engineer is accountable for the strategic leadership and management of the Engineering Department, ensuring effective delivery of projects from acquisition through to completion. This role oversees the development and implementation of engineering policies, programs, and performance standards, driving operational efficiency, innovation, and compliance with quality management systems.

The position is responsible for leading departmental planning, setting KPIs, managing budgets, and overseeing the professional development and performance of engineering staff. It ensures the accuracy and timeliness of technical submissions, bid documentation, and project implementation plans, while fostering strong client relationships and safeguarding the company's contractual interests.

The Senior Engineer also manages variation orders, monitors industry trends and emerging technologies, and upholds strict compliance with quality, safety, and information security standards. Ultimately, the Senior Engineer serves as the key technical advisor on engineering strategies, championing continuous improvement and excellence in project execution.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in any field of engineering, preferably Civil Engineering
  • At least fifteen (15) years technical work experience in a construction company showing progressive leadership experience
  • Knowledge of/skills in construction agreement and standard general conditions of construction contracts

  • Negotiation and networking skills
  • Presentation skill
  • Knowledge of/skills in MS Office-Basic
  • Knowledge of ISO Quality Management System
  • Verbal and written communication skills-Proficient
