  • Supporting the drafting, issuance, and filing of contracts, policies, and compliance documents.
  • Tracking probation, visa, and contract renewal dates with timely reminders.

Additionally, they will assist with scheduling interviews, preparing onboarding packs, and supporting coordination of assessments and references. They will also act as the first point of contact for basic HR queries and help organize employee engagement activities.
