Job Title: Bilingual Jr Dispatcher for Solar Account

Job Overview:

Work Remotely, 6 days a week, with one day off. Flexible Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM EST

We offer a Career Growth Opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $5 USD per hour and Potential Earning Bonus: up to $20 per sale. Monthly earning potential: $1,000-$1,500 via Weekly Pay via TransferWise/Paypal/Remitly

Main Responsibilities:

  • Verify key information from clients such as contact details, site readiness, and any specific requirements for upcoming appointments.
  • Provide clients with reminder calls prior to their scheduled appointments to confirm timing and address any last-minute questions or concerns.
  • Handle any scheduling conflicts or last-minute changes, ensuring all parties are informed and adjustments are made seamlessly.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work 9-10 hours per day, 6 days a week
  • Previous experience in SOLAR appointment scheduling
