Renewable Energy Quality Assurance Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in solar energy and a keen eye for detail. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our renewable energy installations by reviewing project documents, inspecting sites, and collaborating with installation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review installation photos, job close out documentation, and design materials to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Inspect solar monitoring platforms to verify accuracy and confirm production estimates meet installed design specifications.
  • Collaborate with installation teams to resolve issues and improve quality control processes.
  • Document site inspections and provide feedback to certified installers.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and quality assurance protocols.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a technical or construction-based solar role.
  • Experience with interdepartmental problem-solving or project management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work with third parties.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to climb ladders, access rooftops, and work in varying weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
