Director of Global Transformation

This is a pivotal role with full responsibility for directing a global transformation programme and ensuring it delivers business value on a worldwide scale.

You will provide strategic direction, governance and leadership to ensure the programme meets its objectives while maintaining business continuity in a highly regulated environment. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across technology, operations, finance, supply chain and quality, as well as external partners and systems integrators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and own the global transformation strategy, roadmap and delivery plan.
  • Lead programme governance, steering committees and stakeholder management at executive level.
  • Oversee systems integration partners and ensure alignment between business and technology teams.
  • Manage programme risks, change control and resources effectively.
  • Drive adoption of standardised processes while respecting regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure the transformation delivers measurable improvements in efficiency, quality and visibility across global operations.
About You
  • Proven track record of leading complex, global transformation programmes (full lifecycle).
  • Strong background in programme governance, delivery assurance and stakeholder management at C-suite level.
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries, ideally life sciences or pharmaceuticals.
  • Ability to influence at senior level and lead diverse, cross-functional teams across geographies.
  • Strong commercial and financial skills with the ability to manage large-scale projects.
  • Fluent English; Spanish or other European languages would be an advantage.
