Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager to oversee and execute projects with precision and timeliness. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in project management, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities.

  • Developing and managing detailed project schedules and work plans
  • Monitoring and adding potential leads to CRM software
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
  • Managing business social media accounts
  • Checking invoices via Stripe
  • Measuring project performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Utilizing industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution
  • Conducting research to enhance project outcomes
  • Performing ad hoc tasks as required

The successful candidate will also be comfortable working remotely and have experience with relevant tools and technologies. Key qualifications include:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Familiarity with current technologies such as Zoho One Project Management Tool, Zoho Projects, Zoho CRM, Zoho Vault, Stripe, or equivalent tools
  • Experience with Shopify, GSuite, social media platforms, online calendars, and scheduling tools
