Experience as a Project Manager is essential in the role of Print and Distribution (P&D) Manager, responsible for managing the production and distribution of printed materials across various retail and shopper accounts.

The successful candidate will have expertise in creative development, critical path management, merchandising, demand planning, and print production. They will be able to manage large datasets using advanced Excel skills, with a focus on budget management and financial tracking.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage P&D campaigns from briefing through to completion
  • Plan country dispatch schedules based on product availability and vendor capacity
  • Lead daily status calls with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines are met
  • Track vendor spend against budgets and flag deviations to the team lead
  • Collaborate with clients and vendors to resolve queries and escalate issues where necessary
  • Prepare and present campaign reports outlining successes and areas for improvement

Requirements:

Advanced Excel skills

Experience working on global retail and/or shopper accounts

Relevant merchandising, demand planning, or print production experience

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
