Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Training and Development Director to lead our training initiatives in APAC. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and knowledge of L&D methodologies.

This role will involve working closely with the Global L&D Manager to design and develop complex L&D programs that meet individual and organizational learning needs.

The successful candidate will have substantial experience in planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives and will be able to analyze data to identify learning needs.

We are looking for someone who is a Subject Matter Expert in Leadership and Management Programs, with functional expertise in Sales, Ops, HR, Finance, etc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop L&D Programs: Design complex L&D programs to meet individual and organizational learning needs within specified timescales and resources.
  • Implement L&D Programs: Identify appropriate L&D delivery channels for distribution of learning content to intended audience. Deliver learning content to intended audience.
  • Evaluate L&D Programs: Perform post-training evaluations to assess the effectiveness of learning programs using established evaluation methodologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
  • Possess a Certificate or Qualification as a L&D Professional
  • Subject Matter Expert in Leadership and Management Programs, including Functional expertise in Sales, Ops, HR, Finance etc.
