Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned AI Automation Professional to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative AI-powered automation solutions. As an AI Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing workflows in workflow tools, integrating Large Language Model APIs, crafting data flows, and translating business requirements into scalable automated processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate client and internal business needs into clear automation specifications and workflow logic.
  • Design and build robust automation workflows using tools like n8n or Power Platform (e.g. AI Builder) as the orchestration layer.
  • Develop and refine prompts for generative AI use cases (summarization, data transformation, structuring, decision logic).
  • Integrate APIs, webhooks, and LLM tools (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic) into end-to-end automation solutions.
  • Automate business operations using Airtable, Slack, Google Workspace, CRMs, and Power Platform tools.
  • Lead testing, documentation, and iterative improvement of workflows.
  • Contribute to team methodology and best practices in intelligent automation delivery.
Requirements:
  • 2–5+ years of experience in automation, workflow design or integrations.
  • Proven production experience using n8n, Power Automate, or similar workflow automation tools.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional automation designs.
  • Expertise in API work: JSON, webhooks, authentication, error handling.
  • Experience with Airtable automations, scripting and formulas.
  • Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic) and prompt engineering fundamentals.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
