Job Title: Site Facilities Manager

  • Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of facilities and maintenance teams at project sites and head office areas.

  • Must have a strong background in construction industry and experience in conducting evaluations of suppliers.

  • Reviews and approves requisitions and delivery of supplies and materials, ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies.

  • Creates procedures and reports to effectively manage inventory, maintain facilities, and ensure they meet environmental, health and safety standards.

  • Supervises annual property maintenance plans and oversees construction and renovation projects to ensure timely completion and quality.

  • Coordinates with accredited security agencies to address security needs and issues, protecting company property and assets.

  • Trains and monitors subordinate staff to develop their skills and improve performance, promoting good work habits and discipline within the team.
