Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive the success of our clients and products. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, gathering and analyzing requirements, and managing product life cycles.

You will work closely with developers, designers, and business leaders to ensure alignment with overall strategy, create and manage product roadmaps, set clear milestones and delivery timelines.

  • Gathering Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs, develop detailed specifications and user stories, and understand market trends and competitive analysis.
  • Product Development: Define and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring alignment with overall strategy, create and manage product roadmaps, setting clear milestones and delivery timelines.
  • User-Centric Design: Conduct user feedback sessions, usability testing, and create user personas to guide development, work closely with the team to ensure user-centric design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases, ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget using Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Ensure product functionality and performance meet quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary contact between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication.

  • Communication: Excellent skills in conveying complex ideas to various stakeholders.
  • Project Management Experience: Proven experience managing complex software projects from planning to delivery.
