Job Opportunity

The successful candidate will oversee product enhancement initiatives, focusing on flavor, packaging, and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback through surveys and direct communication to drive meaningful improvements
  • Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to enhance product taste, formulation, and packaging
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor benchmarks
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align product enhancements with brand positioning
  • Utilize data analytics to measure the success of product enhancements and make adjustments as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications

Necessary Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in product management within the supplements or health & wellness industry
  • Proven track record of improving product flavor, formulation, and packaging
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, survey methodologies, and product testing
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working remotely
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
