**Job Opportunity**

Oversee Accounts Receivable Operations

Leverage your expertise in billing and collections to drive efficient accounts receivable operations across the EMEA region. Working from a permanent work-from-home setup in Manila, you will oversee daily operations, lead a small team, and act as a point of escalation for complex billing and collection issues.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support a small team, ensuring smooth daily operations and addressing complex billing and collection issues.
  • Oversee the monthly billing cycle, preparing accurate statements and addressing inquiries from Sales and customers.
  • Manage collections through professional communication with clients on account status.
  • Apply and reconcile wire payments, resolving unapplied payments and discrepancies promptly.
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, and Support teams to ensure accurate reconciliation and continuous process improvement.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel is essential.
  • Familiarity with billing or finance platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, or Zendesk is beneficial but not required.
