Senior Leadership Role for Sustainability Strategy and Advisory Services

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our advisory services in sustainability strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, strategy development, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Business Growth & Market Development:

The successful applicant will be responsible for driving business growth and market expansion in Southeast Asia.

Advisory Service Delivery & Client Relationship Management:

The successful applicant will deliver high-quality advisory services to clients and manage client relationships.

Leadership & Team Performance:

The successful applicant will lead and develop a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.

Strategic Partnerships & Thought Leadership:

The successful applicant will establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and contribute to thought leadership in the industry.

To be successful in this role, the successful applicant should have:

  • 15+ years of experience in management consulting, ESG/sustainability advisory, corporate finance, or impact finance.
  • Deep expertise in sustainability strategy, ESG integration, sustainable finance, blended finance, and impact investing.
  • Proven ability to develop and scale advisory services, securing corporate and financial institution clients.
  • Strong P&L management experience with a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Extensive networks across corporates, investors, DFIs, financial institutions, and regulators in Southeast Asia.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Master's degree in business, finance, economics, environmental science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with international sustainability frameworks (e.g., TCFD, ISSB, SFDR, EU Taxonomy, SDG-aligned impact measurement).
