About the Role

  • Develop and execute a portfolio of growth strategies to attract top founders.
  • Create new initiatives with flexibility on format or scope.
  • Grow and improve existing initiatives post-launch.
  • Scale successful initiatives by building teams.
  • Discontinue initiatives that do not show growth, with a clear rationale.
Responsibilities:
  • Create Initiatives: Develop new initiatives with flexibility on format or scope.
  • Grow Initiatives: Expand and improve initiatives post-launch.
  • Scale Initiatives: When successful, iterate and build teams to scale the initiatives.
  • Kill Initiatives: Discontinue initiatives that do not show growth, with a clear rationale.
Requirements:
  • Startup experience, either as a founder or in early-stage growth roles.
  • Strategic planning and execution capabilities.
  • Clear, concise, and adaptable communication skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ability to operate at multiple levels, from strategy to daily tasks.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
