Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Specialist to join our team. As a Tax Specialist, you will provide expert tax support and advice to clients. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and review federal and state income tax returns.

About the Role

  • Prepare and review federal and state income tax returns with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct tax research and analyze complex tax issues to provide expert insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Interact with clients to obtain and review tax information, prepare tax returns, and perform tax research projects.
  • Evaluate client financial statements, tax returns, and other relevant records to confirm accuracy and adherence.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any tax-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and guidelines to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with senior tax professionals to deliver premium services and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in US tax preparation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
