As a Technical Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support via phone, chat, or email.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver first-level technical support to customers via various communication channels.
- Analyze and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions to resolve their technical concerns.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the system for future reference.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years old.

- Fluency in English is essential, with Spanish proficiency being a significant advantage.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and troubleshooting techniques is necessary.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are vital for success in this role.
