Job Description

As a senior specialist, you will be responsible for crafting winning strategies and approaches, developing creative content, and supporting proposal writing and development. You will work closely with the pursuit team to create compelling narratives and messaging that appeal to clients.

You will also be responsible for synthesizing win themes and differentiators, combining contents from various sources into a cohesive document, and researching facts and figures to support your proposals. Additionally, you will develop knowledge assets, including creating creative collaterals, capturing notes, and organizing information for future pursuits.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing, communication, publishing, or business development is preferred.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office products, especially MS Word.
  • Strong attention to detail, precision, and speed are essential.
  • Fluency in English language is required, with proficiency in other Southeast Asian languages a plus.
