Content Strategist - Real Estate/Construction Industry

">Description:

We are seeking a skilled Content Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth. This role requires excellent writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and original content for LinkedIn and Instagram. Knowledge of the construction and/or multifamily housing industry is highly valued.

  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing LinkedIn and Instagram for real estate/construction audiences.
  • They should have a strong understanding of social media best practices, algorithms, and community engagement.
  • Airtable or similar tools for content planning and management would be an asset.

Responsibilities include:

  • Writing engaging, industry-specific content for LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Creating and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth.
  • Monitoring performance, tracking KPIs, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborating with the team to align messaging with brand goals.
  • Setting up, maintaining, and continually improving Airtable systems to manage content and workflows efficiently.
