Account Assistant Position Overview

About the Role

We seek an experienced Account Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a PR, marketing, or communications background, strong attention to detail, and a proven track record in managing client accounts.

  • Assist with client communication plan development and implementation
  • Manage client relationships, respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates
  • Conduct research and gather information to support client campaigns
  • Draft press releases, media advisories, and other communications materials
  • Coordinate media outreach and manage media lists
  • Monitor media coverage and track campaign results
  • Assist with event planning and execution
  • Provide administrative support to the Account Executive, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining files
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in PR, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in account management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Native English speaker with excellent grammar and spelling skills
