Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team as an Incident Manager. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the ticket handling process, providing technical assistance to customers, and driving ticket closure, performance metrics, and customer satisfaction.

This position involves troubleshooting technical issues, escalating complex problems, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and technical products, and excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Evaluate complex problems and develop effective solutions

  • Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance technical skills
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on ticket status and customer interactions

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Expert knowledge of Windows Servers, Networking, Office 365 & Azure
  • Experience with SCCM and Intune
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledgeable of office automation products, databases, and remote control
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technical products
  • Passion for customer service and commitment to delivering exceptional results
