About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing and Communication Manager to join our team at Dusit Hotels and Resorts in Davao. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance the hotel's reputation.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, trade partners, and influencers.
  3. Develop and manage high-quality content to engage audiences and promote the hotel's offerings.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing, communications, and public relations, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and tone.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
