Senior Recruiter Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Team Lead to oversee our Talent Acquisition team. As a central point of leadership, you will be responsible for guiding the team to meet and exceed recruitment targets while maintaining high standards for quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include leading and developing a group of recruiters and sourcing specialists, managing team attendance, implementing performance management strategies, collaborating with senior leadership, and developing effective sourcing strategies.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment leadership, with a proven track record of successfully leading a team. They should possess strong understanding of performance management, proficiency with recruitment software, and excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering a motivating environment, inspiring continuous improvement, and ensuring our recruitment processes deliver quality hires and a positive candidate experience.
