Property Valuation Assistant Role

A key role in our organization is available for a Property Valuation Assistant. This position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research on real estate data, analyze trends, and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Develop financial models to assess property performance and returns.
  • Research market trends, property data, and comparable sales/rentals.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and clients.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Real Estate Analyst or similar role.
  • Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, or Real Estate.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills; financial modeling experience preferred.
  • Analytical experience with the ability to think independently.
  • Familiarity with filemaker pro and internet searching skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate terms and metrics (e.g., cap rates, NOI, IRR).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
