Job Description

The role of a Financial Planning Specialist is to support the Senior Finance Business Partner in delivering financial planning, analysis, and reporting for product-focused teams. This involves working closely with senior leaders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial information.

A key aspect of this role is to deliver actionable insights through analysis of key business drivers, variances, and trends. This requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling) and experience using tools such as SAP and Power BI.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets and deliver clear, concise recommendations. They will also be highly driven and detail-oriented, consistently producing accurate, high-quality work under pressure and tight deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Holds a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Excel and preferably has experience using SAP and Power BI
  • Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strongly driven and detail-oriented
  • Shows willingness to pursue professional qualifications such as CIMA or ACCA to support career development
