Senior Financial Planning Specialist Role

We are seeking a Senior Financial Planning Specialist to join our finance team. This role will support U.S. Central Time hours and require 100% remote work setup.

This key partner to finance leaders across major U.S. cities will influence strategic decision-making, drive financial performance, and champion digital innovation within the finance organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead critical initiatives across financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Manage the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Summarize complex monthly and quarterly results into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Build financial models, develop what-if scenarios, and perform risk analyses to inform key initiatives.
  • Support scenario planning and long-term financial modeling efforts to inform strategic decisions.
  • Apply a digital-first approach to automate and streamline recurring FP&A processes.
  • Business Partnership and Strategic Support
  • Partner closely with finance leadership to shape and support financial strategies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (operations, HR, IT) to integrate financial insights into broader business strategies.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create executive dashboards to support business performance reviews.
  • Digital Innovation and Process Optimization
  • Lead or support projects focused on automation, cost savings, and process re-engineering.
  • Drive continuous improvement by adopting AI tools, machine learning-enabled forecasts, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI).
