Our company is seeking a BIM Modeller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate 3D BIM models for building services, creating high-quality parametric Revit models and libraries for MEP and other AEC assets, collaborating with project teams to ensure models align with design intent and construction requirements, implementing BIM workflows and processes to improve project coordination and delivery, performing clash detection and construction coordination, preparing architectural or engineering documentation as required, providing BIM support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining model and content quality and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of Revit drafting/modeling experience.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with demonstrated experience in content/family creation.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP, Structural systems, and construction documentation.
  • Familiarity with Australian Building and BIM Standards.
  • Intermediate/advanced skills in Autodesk Revit and associated toolsets.
  • Basic/intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
