Optimization Specialist Role

We seek an experienced Optimization (OPE) Specialist who will support the company's initiatives aimed at achieving Operational Excellence.

The OPE Specialist drives operational excellence by leading and supporting optimization initiatives across departments. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Process Improvement training and facilitate optimization tools (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, problem-solving).
  • Update Value Stream Maps and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead optimization campaigns and LIFE programs to eliminate waste and enhance productivity.

The role requires strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills to influence change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline; preference for Industrial Engineering).
  • Strong conceptual thinking and ability to analyze production data using statistical methods.
  • Skilled in office applications and statistical analysis software.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; experienced in creating technical reports.
  • Knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing principles, tools, and methods for driving improvement initiatives.
