Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential issues with integrating workflows into Monday.com and provide proactive solutions.
Comprehensive Workflow Management:
  • Update and improve the work management system in Monday.com to cover the entire project lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Account for all stages and processes, guaranteeing successful project delivery.
Collaboration Facilitation:
  • Develop a structured communication system within Monday.com for efficient collaboration between internal teams, external stakeholders, and other parties.
Subcontractor Collaboration System:
  • Design and implement a user-friendly platform for subcontractors to log updates, submit requests, and provide feedback directly on boards or through integrated forms.
Dashboard Development:
  • Create intuitive dashboards showcasing project statuses, KPIs, and vital information to ensure transparency and accessibility.
  • Ensure dashboards are easy to understand for all users, promoting informed decision-making.
Team Onboarding and Training:
  • Provide comprehensive training sessions for team members to ensure successful platform adoption and optimal performance.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Monitor Monday.com usage within the organization and provide insights, suggesting improvements to enhance workflows and processes.
