Process Optimization Specialist

As a Productivity Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing organizational efficiency by optimizing workflows and integrating tools. Your primary focus will be on building and managing a comprehensive knowledge base using Notion and possibly HubSpot. You will leverage AI technologies across platforms to automate processes and facilitate better data flow. You will also guide and train team members on using these systems effectively to maximize productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Set up and maintain a knowledge base using Notion and potentially HubSpot to improve information accessibility and team collaboration.
  2. Identify and implement AI tools and solutions across platforms to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  3. Utilize no-code and low-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Airtable) to create seamless integrations and custom workflows that streamline operations.
  4. Analyze current workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies; design and implement improved processes to boost productivity and reduce errors.
  5. Set up and manage dashboards, databases, and analytics tools that enable teams to track project progress, manage resources, and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Provide training and ongoing support to team members on using Notion, HubSpot, Zapier, Asana, and other integrated tools, ensuring proficiency and confidence in utilizing these systems.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Notion, HubSpot, Zapier, Asana, and AI integration tools.
  • Proficiency in process improvement, automation, and systems integration.
  • Excellent analytical skills to identify and solve workflow issues.
  • Strong communication and training skills to effectively teach team members.
  • A proactive and confident approach to leading initiatives and implementing solutions.
