Senior AI Technical Architect Role

A high-level position is available for an experienced Technical Architect with expertise in AI and customer experience-related solutions to design, develop, and oversee projects ensuring proper architecture is implemented.

This senior role requires a skilled communicator who can translate complex requirements into functional and technical architecture design, guiding the development team to ensure project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 9+ years of experience in AI solution or technical architect roles, with a strong background in data science and machine learning, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding client needs to define automation development specifications
  • Proposing and implementing scalable design, software improvements, and optimization solutions
  • Providing extensive code reviews with software engineers
  • Developing front-end and back-end solutions with tests and standards in place
  • Analyzing business software requirements and ensuring SLA compliance

The successful candidate will possess a BSc/BA in Computer Science, IT, or related field, with extensive experience in full-stack development, AI projects, and CX solutions.
