Job Overview:

We are seeking a forward-thinking and technically skilled professional to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven workflows across the organization. This high-impact role focuses on streamlining customer, vendor, and internal communications while also driving the improvement and adoption of AI-powered solutions.

This position requires collaboration across teams, reducing reliance on manual tools, and enhancing productivity through modern AI and automation tools. The successful candidate will report directly to the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • AI Workflow Design & Optimization
    • Design, implement, and optimize AI-driven workflows to streamline sales, purchasing, and internal/external communications
    • Drive continuous improvement and adoption of AI-powered solutions
    • Automate repetitive tasks such as purchase order follow-ups, calibration reminders, and quote requests

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI workflow development, process automation, or intelligent agent implementation
  • Strong technical proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Power Automate, and SharePoint
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017, IndySoft, or similar ERP/CRM systems
  • Proven ability to lead AI strategy and independently manage projects
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and implementing automation solutions
