Our company seeks a detail-oriented individual to serve as an ERP Order Coordinator, ensuring seamless order entry and tracking processes within our manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Input, manage, and track customer orders within the company's enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
  • Coordinate order status and changes with production, logistics, and sales departments.
  • Monitor production timelines and flag potential delays or issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of orders and shipments.
  • Support internal communication to ensure all teams are aligned on fulfillment timelines.
  • Identify recurring process issues and recommend solutions to improve order flow and ERP accuracy.
  • Collaborate with our US-based team during standard EST working hours.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfort working US hours (EST) in a remote setting.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience in the flexible packaging industry.
  • Familiarity with US-based manufacturing or supply chain processes.
  • Prior experience working with remote or international teams.
  • Process improvement or operations analyst background.
Additional Information
  • Compensation based on experience.
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Employment type: Independent Contractor.
