About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR administration.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Selection:
    • Identify candidates through various channels and perform thorough reference checks.
    • Coordinate job postings and manage the hiring dashboard and candidate database.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Handle employee grievances and disputes in a fair and professional manner.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records according to company policy and legal requirements.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
    • Administer employee benefits and provide information on these benefits.
    • Process payroll and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
    • Assist employees with government loan requirements and approval.
  • Training and Development:
    • Coordinate training sessions and seminars, including updates on industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
    • Assist in performance management processes.
  • HR Administration:
    • Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides.
    • Ensure the HR database is accurate and complies with legal requirements.
    • Communicate meeting schedules and minutes to relevant departments.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-4 years' experience in F&B.
  • At least 1 year experience as Safety Officer II.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Strong personality and willingness to start immediately.
  • Ability to handle multiple brands.
