At People Link HR Consulting Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Welfare Officer to join our team.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to manage all division's welfare, communicate with employers addressing their complaints, requests, and concerns, and keep track of any active cases/complaints.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in dealing with workers, employers, and all clients (in and out of office premises) and good knowledge of legal matters is an edge.
This role involves:
- Updating OWMS for any complaints that will arise upon deployment
- Sending weekly, and monthly reports for all cases and updates
- Sharing updates, notices, advice, and memorandum from any government entity to the management
- Managing all division's welfare
- Attending hearings in DMW/NLRC and working on closing cases/complaints
- Filing documentation about complaints/cases
- Communicating with the employer addressing their complaints, requests, and concerns
- Keeping track of any active cases/complaints
- Contacting DMW to give updates on complaints/cases
- Being the point of contact for the Legal Team
- Communicating and coordinating with the operation team to address worker's complaint
- Communicating to the processing team if needed for some requirements/documents that may be needed for the case/complaints
- Acting as a point of contact in workers' complaints through email or hard copy that will be receiving
- Disseminating the complaints/cases to every different division that is accountable for receiving documents
- Communicating and collaborating with the Division on how to solve cases/complaints
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of legal matters is an edge
- Flexibility and availability, especially on urgent concerns that require your presence
