Marketing Campaign Specialist Job Description

As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive business growth. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing campaigns across various channels to reach our target audience.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality content, optimize website and social media platforms, and analyze campaign performance to inform future strategy.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategy. You should also be highly analytical, able to interpret data, and communicate complex insights effectively.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related field is required, preferably within the consumer or e-commerce industry.

  • Develop and implement digital marketing programs aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging content.
  • Manage and optimize company websites, online stores, and social media platforms.
  • Plan, control, and optimize digital marketing budgets across multiple channels.
  • Run A/B tests to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest digital trends, platforms, and tools.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, SEO/SEM, or Social Media Marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data into strategy.
