Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Email Management: Handle professional correspondence on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely responses and effective communication.
  • Personal Assistance: Provide personal administrative support as required, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in a Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, or similar role, preferably in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management platforms.
