People Operations Administrator
Location: Manila, Philippines – Remote Flexible
Work Setup: Primarily remote with occasional office visits for meetings/training

Tribal provides software and services that support student success in education. Our People/HR team ensures a great employee experience by managing HR processes efficiently and continuously improving our services.

The Role

As a People Operations Administrator, you'll handle HR administrative tasks, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with company policies. You'll support various HR processes, helping to create a smooth experience for employees.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Process HR transactions using HR systems (HRIS)
  2. Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
  3. Prepare HR documents (e.g., reference letters, probation letters)
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies (e.g., driver checks, criminal record checks)
  5. Manage employee recognition awards processing
  6. Support HR system administration (e.g., setting up/removing user access)
  7. Assist with data maintenance and cleansing tasks
  8. Work on HR process improvements and automation
  9. Support HR projects and general administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

Skills & Abilities:

  1. Strong English communication (written & verbal)
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office & HR systems
  3. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  4. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  5. Team player with strong problem-solving skills

Experience:

  1. Administrative experience (HR experience is a plus)

Education:

  1. At least secondary education (vocational/tertiary is a plus)
