Project Manager Position

We are seeking a highly organized and influential project manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of creative projects.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Act as the primary liaison between creative teams, strategists, and other stakeholders facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.

  • Identify potential roadblocks and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.

  • Organize and assign tasks, tracking progress and ensuring accountability.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience managing creative teams, preferably in a marketing or eCommerce environment.

  • Proficiency in ClickUp. Knowledge of other project management tools like Asana and Notion is beneficial.

  • Demonstrated strong organizational and leadership skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate project requirements clearly.

  • A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.

  • Experience working with remote teams and understanding their unique dynamics.

  • Ability to foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
