About Project Management Role

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee and coordinate project execution, remotely communicate with clients, project stakeholders, and workers, and collaborate with fellow leaders in the continuous improvement of our product offering and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and understand customer business goals & needs
  • Set up, oversee, and coordinate project execution to its successful completion
  • Communicate transparently with peers and stakeholders regarding progress, challenges, and blockers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and growth of customer accounts
  • Continuously perform and meet the set Project Manager evaluation criteria
  • Engage in community activities & required meetings

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Customer-facing communication skills
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Familiarity with Excel/spreadsheet functions and data analysis
  • Ideal background in computer science or slightly technical
  • Available Pacific Time 8-5 pm PT
  • Minimum internet connection speed of 5mbps
  • Computer processor of i5 / Ryzen 3 and above for Windows users; i3 and above for Mac users
  • Minimum system requirement of 8GB of RAM and 256GB of memory
  • Strong understanding and creative use of AI and software tools
  • Strong desire for continuous learning and improvement
  • Can-do attitude
  • Full-time role
