We are looking for an individual who can effectively communicate with customers, address their inquiries, and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service, escalating issues when necessary, and continuously improving processes to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers in a courteous and empathetic manner.
  • Track and resolve issues promptly, ensuring proper documentation and escalation when required.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend changes to enhance customer experience.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business objectives and deliver excellent service.
Requirements:
  • 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience in email and chat support (other channels a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex ideas to customers both verbally and in written form.
  • Aptitude to quickly learn and navigate new technology, systems, and applications.
