About Our Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Operations Associate to drive brand visibility, voice, and engagement across digital channels.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing high-impact content and communications campaigns, supporting strategic marketing planning, and ensuring smooth coordination of operational projects, events, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute campaigns that support brand growth and lead generation.
  • Draft and deploy engaging content across email, social media, and other channels to maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.
  • Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools and share insights to inform future content strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders to align messaging and support internal campaign needs.
  • Provide administrative support as needed to ensure seamless execution of marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, content production, or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to adapt tone and messaging across different audiences and channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain quality and consistency in all interactions.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and basic analytics platforms.
