Bookkeeper Position

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage financial data, input information into accounting software, and reconcile bills.

  • Data Entry: The ideal candidate will accurately input data, including purchase orders (POs) and invoices, into QuickBooks and other accounting software.
  • Financial Data Management: Utilize QuickBooks to organize and manage financial data, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Reconciling Bills: Reconcile bills and invoices with accounts payable records, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies as needed.

This role requires strong numerical and data entry skills, with high attention to detail. Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software is essential.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
  • Strong numerical and data entry skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in bookkeeping or accounting (e.g., Associate's degree in Accounting or relevant field).
  • Experience with reconciling bills and accounts payable processes.
