The Leasing Clerk assists the Leasing Manager in improving and maximizing the tenant occupancy of the mall by managing all tenant contracts whether for awarding and/or renewal. The individual generates Lease reports such as but not limited to Sales Performance Report, Comparative Analysis Reports and Accounts Update report on a regular basis for proper monitoring and reportorial compliance.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/ College Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting or financial management or equivalent
  • At least a year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably specializing in Property/Real Estate, Marketing and Sales Administration or equivalent
  • Above Average communication skills for both oral and written
  • Willing to be assigned at SM City Calamba
  • Willing to work for a 5 month contract only
