Job Opportunity: Paralegal/Law Clerk

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to assist attorneys in various stages of legal work. This is a remote position that offers the opportunity for hands-on legal experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research using databases and legal resources to support attorneys.
  • Draft and review legal documents, correspondence, and court filings.
  • Organize and maintain case files, pleadings, discovery, and legal databases.
  • Assist with hearing preparation, trials, and meetings.
  • File documents electronically and in-person as required.
  • Summarize depositions, transcripts, and witness statements.
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, court personnel, and outside counsel.
  • Manage case deadlines and ensure timely filing and response.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology, court systems, and procedures.
  • Familiarity with U.S. legal systems is beneficial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
