At inspiro, we are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Administrator to manage and administer employee benefits programs. The successful candidate will develop and maintain procedures for the administration process, ensure employee benefits data integrity, and communicate with employees about benefit programs and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field, and at least 3 years of experience in Benefits/HR Administration. Proficiency in working with details on a daily basis is essential, as well as strong communication skills in written and oral English and Filipino.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Reviews and validates submitted forms ensuring completeness and accuracy of information for supporting documents.
  2. Monitors and consolidates submitted forms and updates the tracking tool.
  3. Encodes and sorts processed applications which were denied/with additional requirements medical insurance claims for refilling from insurance provider.
  4. Generates weekly and monthly report on actual count of enrolled employees/dependents for processing of monthly premium billing of service provider.
