About the Job

The Employee Benefits Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, life insurance, and retirement plans.
  • Coordinating with vendors and providers to ensure timely and accurate payment of benefits.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee benefits information.
  • Providing excellent customer service to employees regarding benefits-related inquiries and concerns.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource/Psychology/Commerce or any related course.
  • At least 1 year of solid experience in employee benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
