Product Development Leadership Role

As a key figure in product development, you will have a vital role in spearheading the creation of products that meet business goals and objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and ensure product success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Aligning product strategy with overall business objectives by collaborating with stakeholders and engineering teams.
  • Developing and maintaining product roadmaps to ensure alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Listening to customer feedback and analyzing user data to identify product opportunities for improvement.
  • Strategizing and presenting product development ideas to stakeholders, as well as proactively updating them on progress.
  • Creating product specifications and user stories, and working closely with engineering and business teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood.
  • Managing product backlogs and prioritizing items based on changing requirements.
  • Planning and executing AB tests to optimize product performance and user engagement.
  • Continuously improving the product delivery process by embracing agile principles and methodologies.
  • Coaching and mentoring other product owners and team members to develop their product management skills.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of successful experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or any similar role)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver products on time.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes
  • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones
  • High degree of proficiency in prototyping and in growth-focused development
  • Solid understanding of the principles and psychology behind good UX
